Returns & Exchanges

At Portland Gear®, we want you to love your local staples, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag and drop it off at any official USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Portland warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
